Lightweight Main Beams
Each of the two aluminum center beams are manufactured as a crowned "mirror image" of the other. This crown is the foundation for the "arch" that provides the strength of the trailer. The top and bottom aluminum flange extrusions are machine welded to the inside and outside of the web section to insure optimum weld penetration. The result is a unified one-piece aluminum flange and web design. No splices. No potential for "section joint" cracking. This light-weight design is backed with a FIVE YEAR WARRANTY...Wilson is a good name to have behind you.

4" Aluminum Cross Bars

4" heavy-duty extruded aluminum crossbars are set standard at 18" centers and run the full width of the trailer without splices. This same design has been used in Wilson's CF-900 products for nearly two decades and are rugged enough to be used in the available coil packages.

King Pin

Steel pin aluminum assembly. Standard setting is 30". Other settings are available.

5 Year Warranty

5 Year warranty on main beam. The Wilson 1-piece flange and web design helps eliminate the potential for "section-joint" cracking. The fastened attachment of the crossmembers to the main beam, instead of welded attachment, does not restrict the aluminum's desire to flex.
